These terms apply when you browse neloire.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is run by [Registered business name] (SSM registration no. [000000000000]), trading as Neloire, Malaysia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Neloire.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but they may look slightly different on your screen. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders you've already paid for.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive our confirmation email. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping

We ship within Malaysia. Delivery times and rates are listed on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside our control, but we'll help you follow up.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return unworn frames in their original case and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Full details are on our Returns page.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

7. Use of this site

All photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Neloire or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.

8. Liability

Our sunglasses are fashion eyewear with UV protective lenses. They are not suitable for looking directly at the sun or for use as safety eyewear. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of our products or this site.
